DORADO BEACH RESERVE

As a guest at Dorado Beach Reserve, you may enjoy full access to the world-class dining experiences at the adjacent Dorado Beach Resort and can easily make reservations at its restaurants throughout your stay. ARRIVAL INTO PUERTO RICO 

Transportation will be provided for you and your guest to and from the San Juan's Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) to Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve based on your flight times. You may expect an approximate 50-minute drive to the resort. 

Upon arrival at San Juan's Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU): 

• Your driver will meet you inside the baggage claim and will be holding a Toyota sign. 
• Once baggage is collected, your driver will escort you for a short walk to board the vehicle and head to the hotel. 

DEPARTING PUERTO RICO

Central Atlantic Toyota will provide transportation from Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve to San Juan's Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU). Your return transfer is scheduled to depart the main lobby approximately three hours prior to your flight departure time. We will confirm your exact time during the program. Please meet your driver in the main lobby 15-minutes prior to your departure. 

WATERMILL AQUATIC PARK

Spend the day your way. Arrive at your leisure stay for a quick splash or settle in for hours of fun. With two exhilarating 30-foot water slides, a winding lazy river, a wave machine, and multiple pools, there is something for everyone. Casual, carefree, and undeniably fun, it's a day built for champions of all ages. 

TRANSPORTATION

• You may contact your Embajador to request a golf cart ride. 
• Shuttles to be provided 
  • Pick up at the Arrival Pavilion on the top of the hour and half hour for the duration of the event. 
  • Departures at the Watermill a quarter pass the hour and quarter to the hour for the duration of the event. 

ROOM CREDIT 

We are delighted to welcome you to Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve for the Central Atlantic President's Award! As part of your stay, you have a room credit of $2,500, which can be used for a variety of experiences. Incidentals that exceed the room credit will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Your credit can be applied toward on own dining, spa treatments, or other resort activities and amenities. WHAT TO PACK

• Light, breathable clothing: June is warm and sunny, so pack shorts, sundresses, t-shirts, and lightweight fabrics.
• Swimwear: Bring multiple swimsuits for pool, beach, and water excursions.
• Resort-elegant evening wear: Men should pack collared shirts and long pants for select restaurants, while women may want sundresses or dressy resort wear.
• Activewear: Comfortable clothing and shoes come in handy if you plan to venture off property. Please keep in mind any other footwear or clothing necessary for activities you plan while you’re in Puerto Rico.  

IDENTIFICATION

United States citizens only need a valid government-issued ID to travel to Puerto Rico as it’s a domestic location. 

Please note that all U.S. travelers 18 and older will need to present a REAL ID compliant license. If you do not have a REAL ID compliant license (usually indicated with a star) you may use a U.S. Passport, U.S. Passport Card, DHS Trusted Traveler Card, or a U.S. Military ID. 

Children under 18 are not required to provide identification when traveling within the United States.

TIME ZONE

You will be in Atlantic Standard Time (AST), one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST).

CURRENCY 

The official currency in Puerto Rico is the United States dollar (USD). Since Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, its monetary system is fully integrated with that of the United States.
