Attendees are responsible for booking their own flights to and from their home cities. Your destination airport will be San Juan’s Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU).

During your registration process you will be asked to provide your flight details. Should your flight change, it’s imperative that you communicate any changes to the Toyota Events team, as ground transportation will be arranged based on the information provided in the registration process. You may contact the Toyota Events Team, via email at centralatlantictoyotaevents@thirdaveevents.com.

Yes, transportation will be arranged for you upon arrival and departure in Puerto Rico, ensuring a smooth transfer to and from Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. The resort is approximately 50-minute from SJU airport.

Light, breathable clothing: June is warm and sunny, so pack shorts, sundresses, t-shirts, and lightweight fabrics.

Swimwear: Bring multiple swimsuits for pool, beach, and water excursions.

Resort-elegant evening wear: Men should pack collared shirts and long pants for select restaurants, while women may want sundresses or dressy resort wear.

Activewear: Comfortable clothing and shoes come in handy if you plan to venture off property. Please keep in mind any other footwear or clothing necessary for activities you plan while you’re in Puerto Rico.

•   Car service to and from the San Juan’s Luis Munoz International Airport (SJU) or Jet Aviation, San Juan.

•   Room and tax at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve over the event dates.

•   Group meals on Monday, June 22 and Wednesday, June 24.

•   Gratuities to restaurant staff, drivers, and tour guides during group activities.

•   A room credit will be provided by Central Atlantic Toyota.

•   Car service to and from your home airport

•   Travel incidentals (meals, airport parking, mileage)

•   Onsite hotel incidental expenses that exceed your room credit (additional activities, meals, etc.)

•   Room and tax outside of the program dates, should you choose to extend your trip.

Central Atlantic Toyota will cover the cost of one guest and up to two children through the age of 18 to attend President's Award. If you wish to register another child, please reach out to the Toyota Events Team for further details. Travel and accommodations for additional children will be covered at the guardian's expense. 

Toyota will pay room and tax for one hotel room for the duration of the event. Any additional hotel rooms are at the expense of the winner.

As part of your stay, you will receive a room credit of $2,500, which can be used for a variety of experiences. Incidentals that exceed the room credit will be the responsibility of the attendee.

Your credit can be applied toward on-own dining, spa treatments, or other resort activities and amenities. If you would like assistance booking activities with this credit during your stay, please reach out to the Toyota Events Team. 

Whether you’re plugged in or not, premium wi-fi is complimentary to all Dorado Beach guests.

You will be in Atlantic Standard Time (AST), one hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST).

United States citizens only need a valid government-issued ID to travel to Puerto Rico as it’s a domestic location. 

Please note that all U.S. travelers 18 and older will need to present a REAL ID compliant license. If you do not have a REAL ID compliant license (usually indicated with a star) you may use a U.S. Passport, U.S. Passport Card, DHS Trusted Traveler Card, or a U.S. Military ID. 

Children under 18 are not required to provide identification when traveling within the United States.

The official currency in Puerto Rico is the United States dollar (USD). Since Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, its monetary system is fully integrated with that of the United States.
